Aim

A pre-ranked warm-up that takes 15 minutes

Warm-ups fail when they become a second ranked session. Keep them short and purposeful.

Minute-by-minute

Then queue. Do not “one more DM” until you are tilted before ranked starts.

Warm-up ends when your hands feel ready — not when your ego is satisfied.

Mobile version

Two custom fights or training ground sprays, then one casual match focusing on claw discipline. Same rule: stop before fatigue.

Skip days

If you only have 40 minutes total, warm up 8 minutes and play. Consistency of ranked focus beats a perfect routine you abandon.
